Bryan Sparling
As Sous Chef of Olenjack's Grille, Bryan Sparling has the daunting task of executing a flawless combination of food and function at this newly acclaimed Dallas/Fort Worth restaurant. His responsibilities include assisting Chef Brian Olenjack with menu design and planning, managing kitchen staff, and doing targeted research and development to identify new culinary and customer trends.
Bryan has spent nearly 10 years in the restaurant industry, where he's gained considerable experience in employee management and training, food preparation, catering, and customer service. His portfolio includes serving as a line cook with the former fine dining establishment Chisolm Club in Fort Worth, as well as holding a sous chef position for Sam & Harry's Restaurant.
Bryan grew up in Kansas where he attended Kansas State University. He currently lives in Euless, Texas, a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth.
