Rachel Klarich

Rachel Klarich holds the keys to the kitchen as Private Dining and Catering Manager for Olenjack's Grille. In this role, she's responsible for managing special events, booking catered affairs, and building relationships in the community. For two years, Rachel has been part of the Olenjack's team helping to serve in a variety of capacities to grow this new Dallas/Fort Worth restaurant concept.

For Rachel, a normal day at Olenjack's Grille involves overseeing a weekly calendar of holiday programs, wine and dining events, entertainment soires, and corporate functions. She frequently works with major organizations such as the Arlington Rotary Club, National Semiconductor, Arlington Convention & Visitor's Bureau, and many other groups.

Prior to joining Olenjack's Grille, Rachel held manager positions with Pappas Corp. and HEB Central Market. She received a Culinary Degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin.

Rachel resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Keller, Texas. When she's not consumed with managing the whirlwind pace of events at the restaurant, she enjoys spending time outdoors with activities such as tennis, jogging, and hiking.
